Docker Version 29 has breaking changes. #27

Hi,
Since updating to Docker Version 29, nccron no longer starts with the following error.
Error response from daemon: client version 1.42 is too old. Minimum supported API version is 1.44, please upgrade your client to a newer version
I believe this is due to a breaking change in Docker.
