Issue with dashboard calculations (cohort 8)

Hi both,

Could you please help with the following query? A user has emailed to report an issue with their Cohort 8 summary figures.

They submitted three cases in December, however the dashboard summary is showing that only 1/3 (33%) met Criteria 1, despite all three individual cases meeting this criteria (so it should be 3/3 – 100%). A similar issue appears for Criteria 4 (ECG), where all eligible cases had an ECG recorded, but the dashboard suggests otherwise.

The affected case IDs are:
• 15037
• 15406
• 15019

Niky and I have tried to identify the cause of the incorrect calculations but haven’t been able to pinpoint the issue so far. We’ve also noticed that the dashboard is displaying a Local Health Board rather than an ICB and NHSE region. As this is an English Trust, this doesn’t look correct and may be contributing to the inaccurate results.

Thanks for reporting Saleema. It does look like we are displaying KPI calculations incorrectly for some organisations in cohort 8.

That organisation does not have any patients in cohort 8 who have completed a year of care. So we don't calculate any organisation level KPIs for them yet and the total is 0.

However there are other cohort 8 patients in their region and nationally that have. So the 3 it shows are confusingly not their patients and the table is not showing the data correctly.

Here is the underlying data that the table is misrepresenting:

The local health board column has the same cause - we haven't done any KPI calculations yet at the trust level and so the platform assumes it must be connected to a local health board!

This should be all easy stuff to fix as the underlying data is fundamentally correct, it's just the display that is confusing
