Confusing messaging for time to review #1360

Birmingham Women’s and Children’s Hospital contacted us as they had a patient where the access to epilepsy specialist nurse date was recorded but they still failed KPI 2:

The platform is confusing here as the KPI is measured from first paediatric assessment but the UI shows the time between referral and appointment.

We should at least show both. This also applies to other questions where the "time to review" box appears
