[ENHANCEMENT] * moved GH-num to front, changed validation from hasPrefix to contains due to that move

* deleted branch, checking on contains

[BUG] * updating go to handle PR number for multiple entries

* reverting to working 0,1,+ entries, without GH number working

[FEATURE] * contains

* testing that multiple entries works again
