Well, have you tried to, you know, "contact support if you believe this is a mistake"?

Edit to add, the error you're getting refers to their own support, so they can verify whether or not the project violates their terms of service.

I asked a question there. Their spam filter hid my post, it is waiting for a review at this moment.

What is interesting is that my official Repl https://replit.com/@rdavydov/Twitch-Channel-Points-Miner-v2 evidently has no issues with their ToS. Only the attempt of importing gives this error regarding ToS violation.

Well, their staff closed that issue and answered:

Repls like these do in fact violate ToS. Like @MiloCat said, it is tampering with a third-party website.

I guess you can just fork my official Repl https://replit.com/@rdavydov/Twitch-Channel-Points-Miner-v2 instead of importing.
