No module named “irc”

I have to reinstall my VDS and yesterday I downloaded new version of Miner. And after all settings I had seen this:

You need to do pip install -r requirements.txt or pip3 install -r requirements.txt to install it.

Ofc I did it. Anyway after 3 reinstalling OS it looks like works...
