Addition for Events.CHAT_MENTION

Can you make Events.CHAT_MENTION for Telegram/Discord capture events for hits based on a list of words, as is done in the 7TVapp browser extension ("Highlights" section in the settings)? I mean catching events not only by the username specified in the username parameter of the bot.

Made some code changes to search for specific usernames and words for myself, but some native support may be nice for others some day
At some point, you might be better off just using a proper "irc"/webhook client tho
