I'm curious about this too. Specifically, what I'd like to do is the following:

1. The bot downloads the full follower list
2. The bot operates on all followed channels, but prioritizes the streamers explicitly included in the config file. Any followed channel not explicitly mentioned is treated as if it were appended to the list, at the end.

So, in other words, the first option from the OP. :)

@AdamSaketume26: After researching this a bit, it looks like things do work the way we hoped they would. Check out this part of the code; it's building a list called streamers_name by appending the ones from the config file one by one, then downloading the follow list (if followers is set to True) and appending those one by one. As you can see from this statement (starting on line 247 as of this moment), the incoming list of followed channels is sorted per the followers_order setting:

Anyway, maybe it's worth asking @rdavydov for confirmation that this assessment is correct, but it looks straightforward to me. So I guess the only question is, how many channels can you monitor this way before Twitch starts getting mad at your traffic levels? 🙂
