Bug: Missing device ad attributes #351

Problem/Opportunity
According to the https://docs.developer.comcast.com/docs/transitioning-from-legacy, $badger.adPlatform().deviceAdAttributes() can be replaced with Advertising.deviceAttributes() in Firebolt SDK, but the return values are mismatched.
Steps to reproduce
Run Advertising.deviceAttributes() in a real device.
Expected Behavior
It should return a string
Actual Behavior
It returns an empty object {}
