Bug: usPrivacy is missing in return value of Advertising.policy() #352

Problem/Opportunity
According to the https://docs.developer.comcast.com/docs/transitioning-from-legacy, $badger.adPlatform().deviceAdAttributes() can be replaced with Advertising.policy().usPrivacy in Firebolt SDK, but this field seems not exist
Steps to reproduce
Run Advertising.policy() in a real device.
Expected Behavior
It should return an object with usPrivacy key
Actual Behavior
No usPrivacy key
