Goal

Verify basic interoperability between RDK IEEE1905 and BBF IEEE1905 implementation:

1. Verify exchange of Topology messages.
2. Analyse and compare DRAM and CPU consumption for both solution.
3. Create a replicable model based on containers for easy verification.
