Task:<wifi+ethernet> get_interfaces() #290
Description
Goal
Refactor interface_manager.rs using a function get_interfaces() to extract the full list of interfaces and layerr 2 common information for WiFi and Ethernet, this function generate the list of interface that we will pass as mutable reference to get_wireless_interfaces() that will add all the specific wifi info and get_ethernet_interfaces that will add all the specific information for ethernet.
