RDKBACCL-1056: [Wifiagent][WebUI] Fix 6G SSID DML Mapping and WebUI Update

Reason for Change: 1.6G SSID DML mapping was incorrect, causing data to appear under SSID.2 instead of SSID.17.
                   2.6G SSID details were not properly updated in the WebUI.
Test Procedure: 1.Verify 6G details populate under SSID.17 instead of SSID.2.
                2.Verify 6G details are correctly displayed in the WebUI.
                3.Ensure wifi16 interface is created under ph0 instead of wifi2.
                4.Perform basic sanity checks to confirm stability.
Risks: Low.
