Device lands in STANDBY mode after reboot.
Steps to reproduce
- Ensure the device is powered ON and on the EPG Home Screen.
- Perform an AC power reboot / EPG UI reboot
- Observe the device behavior during startup.
Expected Behavior
Device should return to ON mode on the EPG Home Screen.
Actual Behavior
Device lands in STANDBY mode after reboot.
