RDK-48018: Adding the sky specific enum to mfrTypes.h

Reason for change: emmc read util source has a dependency on mfrSkyExtTypes.h.
	Moved the realtek specific enums from mfrSkyExtTypes.h to mfrTypes.h
Test Procedure: Build and Verify.
