HDMI Output - Review Points

1. No event for HDMI Rxsense change.
2. Also, both controller and Event listeners should have all the hdmi related events. so that , not only the controller but other processes also can listen to all events.
3. No event for video format change. say SDR to HDR - Need to check if its handled in other video module ?
4. video coding formats aidl - Need to check if its handled in other video module ?
5. No background colors aidl for setting bg colors such as blue/black/none for the video port
6. No zoom mode aidl for settings zoom options
7. No BT2020 NCL - non constant luminance colormetry. Need to check
8. No Quantization range aidl for modes such as full/limited. Need to check
9. Need to check if TechnicolorPrime HDR format is needed or not ?

1. HDMI RxSense - Do we really need to signal this? Usually, only HPD is exposed, and RxSense is hidden inside drivers.
2. All events on both Controller and Event Listeners: Agree, but its good to keep a set of required events based on MW needs rather than adding more complexity to the system.
3. Yes, onFrameOutput from VideoDecoder will provide this info -

4. VideoCodingFormat: yes they are handled in the videodecoder, but check if something is missing.
5. backgroundcolor: What is the purpose of this requirement? Are we using this?
6. ZoomMode: Need to understand the user case for this? But looks this is required as MW refers this API.
7. BT2020 NCL: Do we have any specific use case for this? For now I see it is not supported, but the file
