Update AV Clock open() Documentation for Sink Management

The current open() API documentation states that the following defaults are set when the AV Clock enters the OPENING state:

Primary audio sink is set to -1-
Supplementary audio sink is set to -1-
Video sink is set to -1Show more lines

However, this no longer reflects the current architecture.

Confirmed — the open() doc block was describing the retired clock-owns-sinks model. The AVClock module holds no sink state at all: IAVClockController has no sink setters or properties, and the only ID the module exposes is the clock's own identity (IAVClock.Id, Property.RESOURCE_ID). The association is sink-owned: attachClock() / detachClock() / getClock() on IAudioSinkController / IVideoSinkController, passing the clock's IAVClock.Id — "the sink owns the clock relationship; the AVClock does not need to be made aware."

Fix raised: #704 / PR #705 — open() now documents the real OPENING defaults (ClockMode::AUTO, playback rate 1.0) plus a pointer to the sink-side association contract. Thanks for the report, @shafi12.

Closing — fixed.

#704 / PR #705 merged. The retired clock-owns-sinks defaults are gone from IAVClock.open() (verified absent on develop), and the doc now states the real OPENING defaults — ClockMode::AUTO and playback rate 1.0 — plus a pointer to the sink-owned association contract.

For the record, the association direction is: the sink owns the clock relationship via IAudioSinkController / IVideoSinkController attachClock() / detachClock() / getClock(), passing the clock's IAVClock.Id. The AVClock module holds no sink state at all — the only identity it exposes is its own.
