TVSettings-plugin was having SOC specific header/function which came as part of ODM API removal phase 1.
Steps to reproduce

Expected Behavior
It reveals SOC-specific details to the open-source community which is not ideal. Hence it should not be revealed to the wider open-source viewers.
Actual Behavior
Currently SOC-specific details are accidentally revealed to the open-source community.
