Rationale / Begründung

Besides the period of research, it is really important to divide time as well as the end goal into subtasks with their own timeframes, which makes the progress easily tracked and enables better collaboration among members by, e.g. delegating tasks.

Hi @santphinaxu , currently we don't plan to include the generation of gantt charts in RDMO. If a catalog contains a lot of dates, a custom view, which creates an SVG file could be used to create a gantt chart.

Overall, I would say the functionality belongs more in a project management tool than in RDMO.
