Observation: Hook timing difference on Android 14 #25

Observation
While testing LSPosed on Android 14, I noticed a slight difference in module hook timing compared to previous Android versions.
Environment
- Android 14
- Magisk + Zygisk
- LSPosed: latest stable
Details
Modules load correctly and function as expected in most cases.
However, for some apps, hooks seem to be applied slightly later during app startup.
This does not always happen, so I'm not sure if this is expected behavior on newer Android versions or related to system initialization changes.
Just want to confirm if this behavior is within expectation.
