Thank you for answering my questions today!
BTW, Andrew Coates helped me to figure out the cause of the issue where the debugging tools were showing as an empty window.
It happens if the yarn start is run from a Windows command prompt (cmd) with Administrator privileges.
The tools are shown without issues if the Metro server runs from a command prompt without admin rights.
