Use android.net.http.HttpEngine instead of okhttp

Android now comes with a native HTTP client that supports HTTP/3 (QUIC).

We should switch to this and drop our dependency on OkHttp.

OkHttp does not have any plan to support HTTP/3.

The problem is that this API is "Added in API level 34"

So we'll have to bump the min SDK level for React Native to 34 which is too restrictive
