Android targetSdk 35 update - remove SafeAreaView and use padding (#95)

* Use safe padding for both iOS and Android and Remove use of SafeAreaView and ScrollView.contentInsetAdjustmentBehavior prop.

* update Android targetSdkVersion to 35
