Where do these name come from?

It's not coming from my google console oauth consent screen's branding.
It's not coming from my app.json.

I've tried delete the google console project and creating a new one to go through the oauth consent screen setup and choosing different names and then changing the webClientId in configure(). Didn't change anything.

I've searched my android's folder for FinControl, can't find anything. I've never set this name before.

finance_tracker however, is my project's app name com.finance_tracker and in my app.json, both name and displayName is finance_tracker. I tried changing displayName, rebuilding, didn't change.

It's not a big deal but it is triggering my OCD.
