Needing support for installation

Can someone please clarify where do I found the file `libRNCarrierInfo.a` described in step #4 ?

`4. In XCode, in the project navigator, select your project. Add libRNCarrierInfo.a to your project's Build Phases ➜ Link Binary With Libraries`
