discord.js v12 is deprecated

I'm working on debugging an issue with nicknames not resolving correctly since the new usernames being introduced.

While gathering the information for the issue noticed that the official discord.js discord lists the current ( https://github.com/reactiflux/discord-irc/blob/main/package-lock.json#L2411 ) v12 version of discord.js to be deprecated:

...and using it may be the reason for my issues.

Therefore to continue using this bot, it should be updated to use discord.js v13 or preferably v14 .
