Add config for a rejoin delay? #639
Description
My bot recently got banned for repeatedly reconnecting. I think I can get it unbanned, but I'd like to make sure this doesn't happen again.
I don't need the bot to relay every message possible, so I'm wondering if a setting exists or could be added that allows me to limit how often the bot attempts to connect to IRC after a failed connection, or to stop the program if an error is caught (I could then make use of systemd's restartdelay settings)
