Need some kind of test coverage

Need some kind of test coverage for the bash code. even if it is just at the file level.
Things to try:

• file level
• bashcov
• kcov

[reactive-firewall]

bashcov debug looking interesting, only shows coverage for some lines and not all code run. need better test hooking.
