Update dependencies and enhance action mapping in audit logs

- Bump versions for @rsbuild/core to 1.6.15, @rsbuild/plugin-svgr to 1.2.3, and antd to 6.1.1 in package.json and bun.lock.
- Update @tanstack/react-query to 5.90.12 and various other dependencies for improved compatibility.
- Add new action mapping for '支付' (payment) in audit logs to enhance clarity and functionality.
