- Bumped versions of @rsbuild/core to 1.6.3, @rsbuild/plugin-react to 1.4.2, and @tanstack/react-query to 5.90.7 in package.json and bun.lock.
- Updated @biomejs/biome to 2.3.4 and @tailwindcss/postcss to 4.1.17 in devDependencies.
- Removed unused @rsbuild/plugin-sass from the configuration.
