This is a fix for transforms whenever the frame size is set to 0. We shipped perf improvements for 0.81/0.82 and this fix needs to be picked there as well.

   • Reverting or fix-forwarding a migration to Kotlin of a file (say ReactRootView.java ) if that is causing a breaking change for the whole React Native ecosystem.
7. ✅ Performance improvements picks. Examples:
