Python 3.14 Support

What's the problem this feature will solve?

Python 3.14 was released on 7th October. I've updating my CI to use 3.14 and it currently fails.

Describe the solution you'd like

3.14 support for readthedocs.

We updated our version around 5 months ago, so we should do it this month or the following one 👍🏼
