Unable to switch to the Real Big Marketing Support Mailbox

Before I enter a support ticket with the vendor, I'd like you to see if you can toggle this, or identify what the issue is?
Projects.realbig... > Dashboard > Support X > Settings > Select/Refresh Mailboxes

I cannot toggle it, and even if I set the Mailbox to the correct one and then Save Changes, it puts it back to RBP Support.

Given that RBP Support is the first option, it is possible that it is saving correctly, but not loading correctly. But I unfortunately cannot easily confirm this because they've saved all the settings under 3 or 4 layers of encryption and I'd rather not edit the files on Live to break that encryption to check.
