Creating new user switched me to that user with no way to switch back

For tracking purposes, in case this is a recurring issue.

Upon pressing submit during the creation of Lora Bigcrafts user profile (New User). I was forwarded by the system to https://projects.realbigmarketing.com/wp-admin/user-new.php?update=addnoconfirmation&user_id=813 with the error message, "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page." Further attempts to navigate showed that I was now logged in as Lora.

Unlike when the User Switching plugin is used, there is no link to switch back to my user profile. Logging out and back in as myself manually.

Was this done by a form on the Frontend added by a plugin?

No, just adding a user. Standard workflow.
