Make post type non-public

The interface implies it is public "view documentaiton, etc". It should have public set to false

Technically it is public, you just can't view the Child Pages directly. The Top-Most Documentation Page is able to be visited via its URL.

I'll have to filter the HTML for that link so that it shows the Anchor Link to it within the Parent Documentation Page.

I took a quick minute to partially fix this.

Now if you click that URL when editing a Child Documentation Page, it will redirect you to the Anchor on the Parent Documentation Page.
