Add command to order pages alphabetically #32
Description
Add a command to order the folders in Pages folder in alphabetical order. The command should be run with dotnet elmish-land order-pages. Ensure that the new command is documented the same way as the other commands both in dotnet elmish-land --help and in the documentation site. Ensure that the feature is tested with unit tests.
