Fix "Solved" toast notification for latest CTFd update.

I love your theme! I'd been looking for a nice theme for our CTF for a while and the only ones that we liked wouldn't work with the latest CTFd versions. With that said, with the latest CTFd update it introduced challenge ratings that appear in the "solved" toast notification. The ratings clip down below the site. I would really appreciate it if you were able to fix this! Thanks so much.
