Homepage preloading screen doesn't cover full screen in bigger screens

Steps to reproduce

Open CloudStream in any bigger screen devices like tablet or laptop the preloading screen would not cover full screen

Expected behavior

Preloading screen should have covered full screen

Actual behavior

Didn't cover full screen
