Remove dead extractors

Currently, there are a lot of dead extractors, i.e. all their mainUrls no longer resolve.
I've tested all extractor links, affected are the following (and probably more):

• AsianLoad
• BullStream
• OkruLink
• Jawcloud
• Vidguard
• WcoStream
• AStreamHub
• GuardareStream
• ByteShare
• SolidFiles
• Tomatomatela
• GmPlayer
• EPlay
• Zorofile
• Filegram

Extractors with dead main links:

• VidStack: the website now points to an open source project, not a file hoster - but there still are some running VidStack instances, e.g. server1.uns.bio

However, removing extractors also means that plugins that previously used these extractors have to remove extractors that are inheriting from the ones we removed. That's a reasonable effort in my opinion though, because these extractors likely don't work in the plugins either anymore.
