🚀 Feature Request: Translation Model Integration for Site

🎯 Feature Description:
I would like to propose the integration of a real-time language translation model as a new feature for the site like you have movie recommendation. The functionality would allow users to speak in one language and get instant translation in another, all within the existing Streamlit framework.

Key Objectives:
Capture user speech through the microphone.
Translate spoken text from the source language to a target language.
Provide audio playback of the translated text in the target language.
Maintain a clean and user-friendly interface consistent with the site’s current design.

Also add tags fro hacktoberfest and level
