Twitter is now become X , so need to update the icon to latest and hover effect to black as it's there theme now

As we are updated to latest technology, so our website should be.
Since Twitter is now X, we need to change its icon and provide a hover effect of black instead of blue, as their theme is now black.

Please assign this issue to me.
And please add labels of gssoc,hactober fest,levels
