Error: Correcting the Animated Scroll Element in the Events Page

Error

• In the Events page UI, the blue timeline vertical rule overlaps with the footer at the end due to extended animation.
• The scroll::after pseudo element also comes above the navbar on scrolling.
• Will correct overall animation for a smooth behaviour as well.

Expected behavior

• There should be proper spacing between the ending of this element and the footer for removing the overlap. Adding this space will improve the overall appearance and remove the overlap.
• Ensuring navbar stays on top of every content.
