Error: Creation of a new submit button for contributor comparison page

Bug:

The submit button in the compare page of this website freezes until the API fetches the information.

Solution:

Hence the button will show a loader until the API fetches info..to make sure that the user doesn't get the intuition of the website being lagged or hanged!

I would love to work on this issue if given a chance to do so. Hence, I request you to assign this task to me if you consider this issue!!
