Error: Home page is not responsive #882

Describe the Error
Home page is not fully responsive only the profiles are responsive , rather than that everything needs to be responsive. Please assign me this task I will make sure the home page will fully responsive in 24 hours.
Expected behavior
In phone view search bar become shorter and above the search bar there are many readme blocks which not looks good. At the end footer is totally scattered. > These all will be fixed in final output
