Update the README to include a link to roadmap.sh for structured learning paths in machine learning.

Suggested Change

Add a section for roadmap.sh in the README and update the Table of Contents accordingly.

Rationale

This update will help users track their learning progress and provide a clearer roadmap for mastering machine learning concepts.
