Feature Description

The two cards on the homepage, "Languages" and "Milestone Report," currently do not have any hover effects. I would like to enhance the user experience by adding hover effects to these cards.

Use Case

When users hover over the "Languages" and "Milestone Report" cards on the homepage, the hover effect will provide visual feedback, enhancing interactivity and engagement. This feature allows users to easily identify the cards, encouraging them to explore the content.

Benefits

1. Enhanced Engagement: Increases user interaction with the cards.
