Feature Description

This pull request introduces a QR code and barcode scanner application using OpenCV and Python. The application can detect and decode QR codes and barcodes from images and video streams, providing a user-friendly interface for scanning.

Use Case

Detects QR codes and barcodes in real-time using a webcam or from static images.
Displays the decoded information in a user-friendly format.

Benefits

Provides an option to save the scanned information to a text file.
