Update Twitter branding to X

Description

Updates all UI elements associated with Twitter to align with the new X brand identity.

• Replaced the Twitter bird icon with the "𝕏" logo.
• Updated the hover color from Twitter blue (#1da1f2) to black (#000000).
• Updated the HTML aria-label for accessibility.

Fixes #1673
