📝 [Docs]: Fix incorrect repository name in setup instructions

Issue Description

The contributing guide currently shows the repository name as recodehive-website, but the correct name is recode-website.
This causes confusion when cloning or navigating the repo locally.

Suggested Change

replace all instances of recodehive-website with recode-website in the Local Setup Guide and Contributing to recode hive sections.

Rationale

fixes the incorrect repo name to prevent confusion and ensure contributors can clone the project correctly
