🐞[Bug]: Inconsistent theme on GitHub Badges in Devfolio

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I have searched the existing issues

Describe the bug

• Inconsistency in table of achievement badges
• Only few cards have hover effects or few don't even have hover effects

Expected behavior

• All cards in Table of Achievement/Badges should have same consistent hover or non hover and theme

Add ScreenShots

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge
